Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid access to the Read Thai course on JamKham (จำคำ). Paid access is sold through Paddle, which acts as our merchant of record and is responsible for billing, payment, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.

This policy supplements, and should be read together with, Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy, as well as our Terms of Use (Section 9). For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle's Refund Policy governs the refund process.

2. Who You Purchase From

How your purchase is sold — and therefore how your refund is handled — depends on your location:

• Outside Thailand: Paddle is the merchant of record and your purchase contract is with Paddle. Paddle resells the course through Tembusu Ventures LLC (our authorised reseller), and it is licensed to you by Twin Palms Advisors Co., Ltd. Refunds for these purchases are administered by Paddle, as described below.
• Within Thailand: if you purchase directly from Twin Palms Advisors Co., Ltd. in Thai baht, Twin Palms is the seller and handles cancellations and refunds directly under applicable Thai law (Paddle and Tembusu are not involved).

3. Our Refund Policy — 14-Day Refund Period

Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as set out below.

14-day refund period. For purchases made through Paddle (sales outside Thailand), you may request a refund within 14 days of your transaction date. Requests are submitted to Paddle and reviewed on a case-by-case basis under Paddle's Refund Policy.

On a Monthly or Annual plan, the 14-day period runs from your first payment. We do not separately offer it on renewal payments, except where Paddle's Refund Policy or the law of your country provides otherwise. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date (see Section 6).

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle using the same payment method where possible, and within 14 days of approval. Once a refund is issued, your paid access to the course ends.

Outside the 14-day period, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a refund is required by applicable law or is granted at Paddle's sole discretion.

Direct purchases within Thailand: if you purchase directly from Twin Palms within Thailand (paying in Thai baht), Paddle is not involved and the 14-day refund period above does not apply; Twin Palms handles cancellation, any statutory cooling-off rights, and refunds directly under applicable Thai law. To cancel or request a refund on such a purchase, contact us at support@jamkham.com.

4. Statutory Cooling-Off Rights

Country-specific rules may also apply. For example, consumers in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from some digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund. Which rules apply to you, and for how long, is set out in Paddle's Refund Policy and determined by the law of your country; these rights are administered by Paddle.

The Read Thai course is digital content that we make available immediately, so at checkout you ask us to supply it straight away. Any effect that has on a statutory withdrawal right is determined by Paddle's Refund Policy and by the law of your country, and is not affected by anything in this policy.

5. Defective or Misdescribed Content

If you experience a technical or product defect, please contact us first at support@jamkham.com so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve the issue, Paddle may issue a refund.

6. Subscriptions and Cancellation

The Monthly and Annual Read Thai plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net (reachable from the receipt or management link Paddle emails you after purchase).

Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. The 14-day refund period in Section 3 covers your first payment; beyond that, we do not separately refund partial or unused subscription periods except as applicable law or Paddle's policy requires.

7. Lifetime (One-Time) Purchases

The Read Thai Lifetime plan is a single, one-time payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew. The 14-day refund period in Section 3 runs from the date of that payment, and refunds are handled by Paddle as described in Sections 3 and 4 above.

8. How to Request a Refund

Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refund requests are handled by Paddle. Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, or go to Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net and select the "Request refund" option. You can also contact us at support@jamkham.com and we will help coordinate with Paddle.
